About Prostate Cancer Awareness Week
Since 1989, the Prostate Conditions Education Council has coordinated national
Prostate Cancer Awareness Week in September. During this time period, the
PCEC organizes hundreds of free or low-cost screening sites for more than
125,000 men across the country. To date, the program has resulted in more
than three million screenings. For more information about how PCEC supports
